Things have gotten bad enough that PJM has re-written their demand response rules to specifically exclude most of EnergyConnect's business practices. Demand Response is great, but EnergyConnect seems to specialize in finding ways for people to get paid for exploiting loopholes, not reducing peak energy consumption.
