DOE is looking for innovations that can become widely adopted to enhance and accelerate deployment of cybersecurity capabilities for the U.S energy infrastructure, including cyber-secure integration of smart grid technologies. It's a topic getting considerable coverage of late; just yesterday we highlighted a report focusing on "massive, sustained" cyber-espionage targeting the energy sector.
