Smart Grid Demand Response Action Plan Could Use a Response from YOU

Quick Take: Here's your chance to weigh in on national Smart Grid demand response priorities. But get comfortable first: The draft is 105 pages. Deadline for comments is April 8.

 

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has released its Draft National Action Plan on Demand Response for public comment. Once in place, the plan would guide maximizing Smart Grid demand response (DR) resources, developing and implementing a broad-based customer education program and identifying or developing model regulations, analytical tools and other information for governments, utilities, customers, regulators and DR providers.
