This IEE issue brief drills down with considerable detail on the state of electric efficiency (EE) in the U.S. based on information collected from 169 U.S. organizations, of them 155 electric and combined utilities and 14 non-utility energy efficiency administrators. Findings suggest EE programs are poised to grow as utilities continue to find cost-effective solutions that transform the ways in which electricity is managed and used by households, businesses, and industries across the U.S.
