Description | The focus of this project was on optimizing existing assets, rather than replacing infrastructure using a range of "smart grid" ICT-enabled technologies. In particular, major efforts were invested into improving the visibility, control and automation of the distribution grid, laying the foundation for the integration of distributed generation and energy efficiency solutions. |
