RECOMMENDED: We value Newton-Evans reports for several reasons. First, company founder Chuck Newton is perhaps the industry's most experienced researcher. Second, because the company specializes, it has great depth of knowledge in its topic areas. Third, the reports are conservative and sober. Newton Evans refuses to participate in the hype and over optimism that sullies reports from less experienced companies. The company's reports are long on facts and short on speculation. This study is no exception.

 

If you are looking for speculative forecasts of possible futures, this report will not be a good fit. If you are looking for a well-documented, fact-based summary of current utility plans, you will appreciate this thorough effort.
