This is a beautifully produced video with a great narrative. It's a terrific example of a compelling vision presented in such a way that the viewer can see the future direction and want to be kept informed about the project's success. The industry needs more stories like this.

It has taken a while, but more and more observers are calling the Texas "experiment" with retail competition a success... and even suggesting it may be a model for the rest of the country. Is it?
