Survey: Most Utilities Expect TOU Pricing and Demand Programs Will Be in Place by 2012

In the recent Pacific Crest Mosaic Smart Grid Survey, utilities were asked to forecast when time-of-use pricing and significant demand programs will be in effect. By 2012, more than half of utilities expect to have these programs implemented with the remaining utilities expecting to implement these programs by 2016.
