Steven Pullins

Steven Pullins is Vice President, Energy Solutions for SAIC, where he heads the Modern Grid Initiative under contract to the National Energy Technology Laboratory. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the utility industry in operations, maintenance, systems engineering, training, and project development. He has managed business and technology efforts in power system optimization, RTO/ISO operations process and markets development, and strategic consulting on utility enterprise business performance. Mr. Pullins has been responsible for five new business startups and four turnaround organizations in the last 20 years. He has consulted frequently with senior power industry executives in North American, Central America, England, Eastern Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, and the Middle East. He holds a BS and MS in Engineering.
